differential seems to be moving around. This video is me putting the car from Park into Reverse, with the car up on stands.
differential seems to be pulled downward when car is put into reverse.

I notice this issue when coming to a stop, moving from a stop, and going from reverse to forward and vice vera.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Is this the symptom of a larger issue or just the differential bushings having too much play in them?

but yes the engineering is FAULTY with respect to the utter slop between the rear bushing insert and the bolt. Get the $50 "upgraded rear differential bolt kit" (BMR, Steeda, others) and it contains a sleeve to address at least that part of the problem.
