Anyone run 3.25 or smaller on a whipple

How can you tell if you are getting slip ?
Do you go through this complicated process (to me ) post # 25 .

Starting to wonder if belt tension has been my issues . Too tight ?

I don’t quite get the “75%” lingo . I am just moving the adjustable idler as far up as I can with the belt still on .

I am going to try a 3.0 pulley/80.6 belt and will see if my installer can make the adjustments per whipple instructions .

Are you going to change belts too ?
The 3.5 needs an 81.5 and the 3.25 and 81.0.

Yes sir. I have 2 belts for the 3.25

I went 9.3 at 157mph with a 1.5 60 ft(shitty).
Stock trans
Stock motor
3.25 standard Whipple pulley seeing 15.9psi

Building trans this week with clutches and circle d, along with ice tank and swapping to a griptech pulley 3.0 and new belt. Should be definitely in 8s after this.
