Coolant top up - which one?!

While cleaning the car and doing a few maintenance checks today I noticed the coolant is sat on the minimum level. Not sure why but I was wondering what I need to get. We have G13 for the golf R but it doesn't say on the cap! Has anyone else noticed the coolant level on the low side. Car is a 2016 GT and only has 8700 miles

The spec is in the manual. Mine was low presumably from delivery in the first year so I got some from the local Ford dealer. Notice its a little low again since i had the oil cooler replaced.
