Nope not normally. You're not going into the back where the crank sensor wheel is (like a flywheel replacement.). That being said I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anything if you did.

Not sure if this was mentioned in the thread, but do the 2018+ have the same gears as the GT350? If so then really they should be good to atleast 8200RPM. I'd not epxect issues unless FI or reving past that.

Not sure about the OPG being the same part number but I imagine the harmonics are night and day different between the 5.2 and the 5.0 ! Everyone's got their comfort zone for rpm and OPG's but I'd be damned spinning mine to 8k without lol

I'm thinking about upgrading on my 2019 Bullitt. First those of the that have done it on the 2018 up, other than the pill pan differences and need to drop the pan, is the rest of the install the same as the 15-17? In looking at videos and such, looks do-able. Any tips?
