Hi Guys,
I am shopping for a GT350 to replace my Vert. I have been trolling the 350 forums for a while and have narrowed down my search between a 2018 or 2019. The only thing I do not like about the 2019 is the factory "swing" spoiler. Anyone looked into the possibility of swapping the spoiler out for the Track Pack model on the 2016-18? Wondering if holes will match or If I have to do some body work...filling of holes, etc... I like the idea of the updated engine/aero in the 2019, but just cannot force myself to like that wing. Saw it in person and that sealed the deal. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks... I just hate the idea of covering up exposed holes, vs using the existing as a match... don't want to risk any water seeping into the holes and causing rust, wet trunk etc. When I was onsite at the dealership the mounts for the swing were like blocks.. so unsure whether the holes would mate with the track pack spoiler; my guess is they do not meet up. Had the same issue when I was contemplating replacing the spoiler on my California Special... same type of raised spoiler wing. Just don't like that look. I don't understand why Ford Perf did that.with the regular 350.. keep the high end track focused stuff for the R... The regular 350 is more street/track and so I liked the idea of a less in your face spoiler....guess I am more old school.

you can seal the holes if they dont line up and they will be covered. OR! you can buy a 19 and we can trade lol

Check to see if the part number for the GT350 trunk changed from 2018 & 2019. If part numbers did not change them you know the holes are the same.

Good luck @Lorne34 . Let us know what you find out.

Different strokes for different folks, I dig the ‘19 spoiler....
