Spoiler delete is available on a number of eco-boost and GT cars.
However if you add any of the option packages the only car with spoiler delete is the Bullitt ------and then you forego the pony badges (and you pay a lot more)
Also the gauge package which looks cool id less available than it was

Almost. In addition to the base GT, PP1 allows a spoiler delete, and Bullitt mandates it.

For GTs, past the base model, PP2 requires a spoiler as part of the aero setup in conjunction with the larger front splitter. IIRC, the HiPo EcoBoost uses the PP2 aero bits as does the Handling Package, so the get the spoiler for the same reason.

The other packages are all appearance packages, and since the spoiler is part of that appearance package's "look", it's part of the deal.

See under exterior options when you spec the PP1 option.

But if you then add those option groups like 200 or 300 you loose the delete
You sure you didn't just miss it in the exterior section? It's there for me when I spec out a car with the PP option regardless of trim level.

The trim levels add a wing to replace the spoiler

And then you can go back to Exterior options and pick spoiler delete to get rid of it, unless you're also adding California Special, Black Accent, HiPo, Handling Package, or PP2.
