S550, modified As-built data, 911 Assist prompt at start up

Hello,

I recently purchased a forscan tool, and modified some as built data,
Did things such as
Turn off seat belt chimes
Leaving car with engine on chime
I experimented with the police dark mode too.

I took it in to get the driveshaft done and have them see if they could fix the 911 assist prompt.
But they couldn’t so they sent to to Ford Engineering.
I haven’t mentioned anything about changing the as built data but they would like me to bring it back in next week for service.

Is the 911 assist prompt I could fix myself?

I've never seen any codes posted on 911 assist. Did you backup your original .abt files for the modules you modified? If so, I'd try loading those back to default. Especially before taking it into the dealer as it might just confuse the issue and it might fix your problem.

They did the scan and also did not find any codes already. But I unfortunately did not backup the original files for the modules.
