I just loaded the latest Calibration from Whipple for my 2016 GT350 Whipple Tune. The Tomahawk has new features available for Guadian and Flight Control. My setup is totally stock with the Whipple complete GT350 Gen3 kit. I was surprised to find that the Guadian options defaulted off for Load, Knock and FRP. Has anyone found the optimal configuration settings of these features for safety and performance on the street on the GT350?

Thanks. -David

Does the latest Calibration from Whipple fix the rear axle temp problem?

Thanks

Unfortunately no, the axle temp is still way off. However, the cold and warm start are both improved, including idle speed after start.

Thanks. -David.

I will agree with this. On the old cal, mine used to instantly flare up to 2000rpms at startup and knock slightly. It was completely embarrassing at times. New cal is much nicer in a lot of areas.

I just noticed something...that graph is going up to 135 MPH, were those pulls done in 4th? If, so those numbers are low.
Finishing up on my Gen 5 Whipple install on a 2016 GT 350. I want to Dyno the car when complete to validate the power gain. I know this has been discussed before but should the Dyno pull be done in 4th or 5th gear and do you turn traction control off.

Call Ben at Fathouse and he will give you the low down. It’s a great package that they’ve put together.
Yea, but they 800kit is $36k.....and thats not touching the motor. The 1400r kit has to be 60-80k. Now u have 125k into a car with meh panel fitness

Im literally deciding between a 2019 gt350 grey no stripes.....but all my mustang buddies say the motor hates boost.

not the 19. the 19+ motor has the gt500 block and many other upgrades, theres info here about that.

i think if you want to boost a gt350, the best option should be a 19+

Im happy to answer any questions about our packages. The 800R is $24,999 installed and tuned, if you add the MoTeC system it will get up to $36k but thats a big upgrade and worth every penny if you can afford it.

Ben, trust me that i believe in what you guys do. If i had the money i’d do the 1400r in a heartbeat. You may be hearing from me about my 2017 GT bcuz I'm getting all the foundation ready (driveline, suspension) dome before i turbo it.

Sounds good, let me know if you have any questions. We offer similar packages for the GT cars as well.

Thanks...I also read somewhere that you need to remove wheel speed sensor from the wheel to also bypass the ABS system ....is this what others do?
I'm curious about this as well. Recently hit up the dyno and the #'s were disapointing - looked like the engine was going into some limp mode despite having TC and stability disabled.
