Yes, but if you run more negative camber than stock, you’ll need to remove the metal parking brake cable bracket and attach the parking brake cable closer to the fender. Otherwise the tire will rub on the bracket and the parking brake line. See pic.

Do you have pictures of the 315's on your car?

I think it depends on how much negative camber you're running. I've run two sets of MPSC2's 315's on stock GT350 11" rear rims and never had a problem at 1.1 degrees.

Bingo. At 2.0 degrees negative camber, I get the results shown in the pic above.

You definitely can run the 315, but the optimal size tire for the 11” wheel is a 305. 315 is going to have some bulge which will induce more roll and be less predictable at the limit of the tire

I know the rear of the GT350 and GT's are basically the same.

I run a 325/30R19 on a 19x11 without any rubbing, I'm at -1.8 camber. I did have to zip tie the parking brake line out of the way to prevent it from touching.

I'm lowered about 1.5" on Steeda Progressive Springs.

I, too, am running 315/35R20 on the back of my non-R. They are on 20x11 MRR M600 wheels. Stock camber...no lowering springs.

315 35 20's worked on my GT just fine, no rubbing at all as far as I can tell. aftermarket 20x10 pp1 replica wheels though

Just so you're aware, a 315/35-20 is entirely way too tall of a tire for the S550 chassis. Try to keep the diameter around 27 inches, not almost 29 inches...

I completely disagree, it looks perfect height to me. It takes up all the wheel gap and the car looks lowered without having to lower it, also I love the rake it gives. I love this height tire on the rear.

I am currently on 295 35 20's though and they look great too.

Since there are laws on odometer fraud, I'm surprised that progressive states like California have not required proof of OEM tire diameter. And if it was discovered that a different diameter had been used, you would need to have a licensed engineer supply PE stamped calculations showing what the actual mileage should be due to the different rolling circumference.
Think of the extra revenue & paperwork the state could generate.

I changed my tire diameter with my tuner to the proper height so my speedo reads right.

Traction control and stability control still work great too.
