Check valves are a must. I use one in the feed line before the turbos at the T and one bolted right to the scavenge pump "outlet".

Hey TGGT, do what gimmie11s said in his post!
If you’re talking about the gates I’m looking at my options. If anything I would probably go with turbosmart gates as that is what we carry at the shop.

Got all the old exhaust out today and also got the turbos hung. I also ran the oil feed line while I had the driver side manifold out as I figured this would be an opportune time to do it. I’m not totally in love with how low the driver side turbo hangs so I will give it a second look tomorrow when I get back to the shop. Also I haven’t done any welding in a while so go easy on me. Here’s some pics

I’m ok with the passenger side, but not so much on the driver. I was just looking at your thread and noticed on your driver side v band adapter it’s rotated to tuck the turbine housing up which I could do but then I run into clearance issues with my air filter. What are you running for filters ?

Hellion position for comparison. Yours look to be several inches lower. (photo cred: @NightParade)

I was wondering what the position of the hellion kit was. I’m confident my passenger side will be fine, but the driver is about 2 inches below the frame. No big I guess. I’ll just have to move it.

I’m running some pretty short KN filters... I’ll try and get a pic tomorrow

Looking good man, what is the car lowered with? The reason I ask is mine sits about 1.8 inches lowered on Tein springs and I clear everything but large speed bumps but it is LOW. Yours seem to sit a little lower than mine but if the car is not lowered I don't think you will have an issue. If you have a 1.5 inch drop or more I'd recommend moving them up some, from personal experience. If I had to redo mine I would go with a 45* instead of the 90 to keep the turbos a little higher.

Sorry for excessive use of the word low, lol
