I have one .
5.0 long block .
BES sleeved short block - Manley 11:1 pistons , Manley H rods /2000 ARP bolts
ARP man and head studs
Ported heads with trick flow springs
Stock cams .
Billet OPG/CS.
Stock damper /new ARP bolt .
Brand new BPS built 5.2 long block may also be available but I would want my cost .
Not a 100% sure I want to sell it unless I get what I have in it . Still not a bad deal if you want a “predator “like engine with higher compression
I just pulled another long block out of one of my cars (KB car)
Had MMR built 1500 5.2 short block and GT heads .
Ran fine but was lifting the heads even with ARP head studs and new JE gaskets .
Sending it off for inspection/deck heads /block new gaskets may be all it needs . I have PAC springs to install also .
Only had 5000 miles but might not be a bad idea to refresh with new bearings .
I was considering converting it to use 12 mm longer head studs but that would be a another $10000 and will have to be disassembled.
Tired of build motors (I like to keep spares ) as I plan to sell the car it came out -replaced the engine already with another 5.2 long block.
Could make a deal if you want it as is . Or after I deck block /head /install springs - in a few weeks .
Finally have another 5. 2 short block just rebuilt my L&M .
Block is ready but I am yet to make final payment
