VERY happy I invested in Oil-Air Separators!

Had the oil changed last week and dropped the catch basins today.

In 1950 miles these was enough oil in the passenger side to completely saturate three half-sheets of paper towels.

Took another two half sheets to completely and thoroughly clean the trap.

Driver's side was predictably dry as I don't track her.

Glad this didn't get injected back into my intake!

Completed day 1 of 2 at Watkins Glen running the NT01’s. Great tire so far and it’s such a fun track.

What Doskiller said. Also, FP has this branded as a "High Flow" air filter if that means anything. Every time I opened my hood I didn't care for the OEM look. Plus, in less than 2K miles, the creases were already filling with everything you could imagine - looked nasty. I bought the Airaid cleaning spray and intend to see how long I can get this to last.

If anyone is interested, this is an Airaid filter with a FP sticker/part number stuck to the box.

Buy it here and save $20 - https://smile.amazon.com/Airaid-AIR...iraid+863-399&qid=1567462106&s=gateway&sr=8-1
yeah but don't forget the $40 for the "expert installation" :-}

Drove to work yesterday; about 40 miles one way. I did not race anyone.. but several people were racing me.. LOL

- late 90's Corolla
- BMW 5 series
- Honda odyssey
- eco boost mustang

Never a dull ride with everyone trying to mess with you. The Shelby is an instant magnet. Always lots of fun.
Same thing happened to me yesterday while out on a nice leisurely drive with the Mrs! Some dude in a Cadillac SUV decided to try and show me just how much faster he was...until Karma stepped in. Indiana's finest was shooting radar as we came around a bend on the highway. Fortunately my detector picked the trooper up long before the bend, but apparently said dude did not have that luxury. Caught it all on dashcam.

Dropped it off at the dealership for the “service charging system” message that ended my track time early. :headbang:

Will do guys...as soon as I get back hoe from this business trip.
Looking forward to it.

Also, if you haven't decided on a brand for the back hoe, I recommend JCP. j/k

Give me some times to beat!
2:11.6 lap time with theoretical best of 2:10.3 if I could get consistent in each sector. Not bad but I know my driving is leaving time on the table

Had a ton of fun. The NT01 broke away predictably and zero tramlining with 2.5 deg front camber. Ordering camber plates that when coupled with the camber bolts should get me 3 - 3.5 degrees. Only downside is they are noisy so the drive to the track was accompanied with a hum the entire 5 hours. Easy fix though is to just turn the radio up!
