I don't think they are selling.......I've yet to see one on the road and they have been out over a month now. The ADM will be gone soon.
While I wouldnt disagree thats not indicative. I have seen maybe 5 GT350 in 3 years in NYC.

I don't understand why the GT350s acceleration numbers aren't any better. The car is just a tad quicker than a 2018 Mustang GT and darn near what a E92 M3 runs. The last test of a manual E92 M3 was a 2012 model and Car and Driver ran 0-60 in 4.3, 1/4mile in 12.7@114mph. A DCT car ran 0-60 in 3.9 and the quarter mile in 12.4 @115mph. Granted the E92 is just 200lbs lighter but the GT350 has over 100hp more than a E92, what gives? Is it the way the car is geared?

The Supra is obviously underrated, BMW turbocharged powerplants are always underrated. The same engine in the Z4 is 382hp. I agree with the above post though..the Supra is hideous.
The Voodoo was specifically designed to be a higher RPM powerplant instead of a low end torquer. That's why even the Mustang GT 5.0 actually has more torque on the bottom end than the Voodoo. Since the car was made for road courses instead of drag races, the power delivery is in the upper range. While on a road course the plan is to not have to accelerate from 0 mph more than once. For drag races from a stand still there's no question there are better options than a GT350. The modern BMW's with the small turbos will always have more low end grunt if you hit the pedal at 2k rpm because they're spooling from idle. Even my brother's M240 and my friend's M2 both pull harder if you stomp the gas when you're below 3k rpm. On a slow turn on a track in a GT350 if you're lazy and try to leave it in 3rd then yes it'll feel bogged.

I just picked up my 2019 GT350 3 days ago... I was cleaning the inside back glass (not easy if over 25 yrs old) and I actually sat down in the back seat once finished... my head hit the back glass and I'm only 5'8" - Clean off head print,
How would someone larger than me utilize the back seat? It might as well be an "R" and fold the rear seats down, or have a cardboard sign saying if you are taller than this, you can not ride in the back!
I didn't buy it for transporting more than 2 people, so I'm not complaining... just an observation.
When I detail mine, I save that rear window for last and have to talk myself into going back there. Bad back and bad knees means it's a job I try to do fast and almost always have to jump back in and re-do because of a streak or missed spot.

Oh I understand this, as its the same concept as my E92 M3. That being said a car that has over 100hp more than a E92 M3 is only a few tenths quicker and a few mph at the end of the 1/4 mile. I feel its a gearing issue as I saw the way the car was geared with the transmission ratios and it gives the GT350 really long legs affecting acceleration.

If you drive it on the road course, you will understand why it's geared that way.

These guys can’t drive manual. The 350 is a 3.9 0-60 car. Autos these days are always easier to get top performance consistently.

The performance delta between these cars is still huge even when there is no interest in maxing the 350.

The way a few pieces of the article are written, there is obvious bias to add gloss to the Supra that it doesn’t deserve.

Even the Supra fanboy reviewers have too much Mustang to contend with that they can’t manufacture a win.

Odd as I see one every other week here in Atlanta and I don't know that I've seen the same one twice since I bought mine nearly a year ago. Much better car to own when you can drive it year round and the roads are only truly terrible right down town in ATL.

FI vs NA.

GT500 vs. would be entertaining.

FI. vs. FI.
True they'd both be forced induction, but at least the prices here were semi-comparable. There's a reason they used the GT350 for this comparison and not the $10,000 more expensive GT350R even though the Supra only has 2 seats. Moving up the GT500 would only put the pricing disparity even larger.

I'm not sure that's accurate, unless you're only talking about the '18+ Mustang GT with the 6MT. Stock GT's with the 10R80 are running high 11's @ ~120mph.

No I'm talking about manuals, which the GT350 is only available with.
