I found the TSB but it states for cars built before Feb 2018. According to Carfax my car was built June 2018.

The passenger side is pretty bad but driver's side looks decent. Anyone still having issues with this on cars built after Feb 2018?

Gonna stop by Ford dealer at lunch and see if they will warranty it.

My gt is a 2017, when I got it the left side was a little saggy and could be pushed a bit, apparently the bumper broke. Took it to my ford and they gave me a new bumper. never hurts to try

Well dealer confirmed I have a June 2018 build date so not covered by the TSB. He said it may be covered under warranty provided they can validate its not collision related. However they closed their body shop so need to try another Ford dealer farther away.

I have same thing on mine. Trust me, don’t have your dealer fix that. I’ve heard horror stories of them doing more harm than good. If you really want to fix it, just take it to reputable bodyshop that you can trust. Even if that means you have to pay for it.
I personally just leave it alone. Hey its a ford. Not gonna expect perfection build quality.

I did this. Easy fix, reliable, and DIY always connects you more to your car.
Well took mine apart today and it seems like it has the new TSB parts. Lifting the bumper actually made my gap on the side look worse at it popped away from the bumper. Gonna have to take it into a body shop as I don't want to take apart the whole bumper. Looks to me like mine whole bumper needs to be pushed in, look at gap in wheel well.

Well took passenger side of bumper cover apart last night. Managed to get it adjusted a little bit so its much better looking than it was. Also managed to remove 3-4 lbs from the car. The rear fascia that surrounds the exhaust and runs to fender well was shockingly loaded up with caked mud and gravel. I think tonight I'll put some tape along the top and bottom edges and paint the gap with the touchup paint brush. Had a busted clip along the side close to the taillight that was contributing to the drop. I put a self tapping screw in the body mount to impersonate the clip. Otherwise would have to remove the whole bumper cover and replace the large bracket this all clips onto. That will be plan B if this doesn't hold up.
