Remove license plate from image on iPhone

I have a couple shots of my car that I'd like to post. How can I remove my license plate from the shots with iPhone?

Upper right. Go to edit. Either mark the plate out or crop it out of the picture. Then save picture and you will have both copies. Try on a picture you don’t like first.

is there an app? With the iOS it is not very simple, especially with the slightly oblique license plate
