American Muscle dont seem to stock them - I have a front pair but cant find a rear set. Happy to pay reasonable cost and postage.

I’ve got a set of all 4. Ran them for awhile then took them off. Let me get them down off the shelf later today and get a few pics.

Got all 4. These are the most ones with the pony on them. The rears are a little scuffed. Backed up over a curb. The holes on the bottom of the rears are split. I put them back on and ran them for a season without issue, i just never really loved them. You would need some doubled sided tape. You would use you original push pins.

I broken both my front MMD guards, tried to glue the pieces back on, didn't hold for long.

really liked them,
might try to add some rubber to extend them.
