I didn't want any spoiler preferring the look of my old notchback but had no luck finding a naked lid. So I ordered the Foose MMD from American Muscle and it arrived yesterday, took two or three days. It was packed very well and the paint finish and color match are spot on.

The installation was not too bad after I sawed through the factory sticky tape with PowerPro braid. The MMD uses four of nine existing holes and has a continuous layer of two-sided tape around the perimeter to seal the spoiler to the deck lid. I hope it works because I forgot to put at least duct tape over the un-used holes.

Although I would still trade this setup for a naked lid plus cash I am very happy with look compared to the factory PP1 spoiler, it's provides clear visability through the rearview mirror, is much easier to clean and just looks so much better to me.

That looks great. The spoiler is the one thing I'd change about my PP1. Don't know if this is something I'd want to tackle alone, but will give some of the install videos a look.

That was by design? Seems retarded. Maybe I'll see if they can swap my horn if I trade in for a 19.

Finalized the bag install last night. Here is the final result. I couldn't be happier with the new look! Special thanks to @rum_punch_ruby for hooking me up with the airlift system and evening being nice enough to safely pack it up and ship it to me! It is awesome how Mustang6G has enabled me to connect with others who share this passion for Mustangs and well as helped me get a ton of parts for this build! Extremely excited with how the custom trunk setup turned out, and we even did a tattered flag design on the tank to match my engine coil covers!

Had a control arm replaced and alignment done under warranty, and rolled the odometer past 36K. :sunglasses:

I got in a new plug for sound tube removal, FYI, they're currently $1.91 on Amazon :D (you'll still need to account for the intake tube hookup, i.e., plug, aftermarket intake without it).

Wasn’t the easiest “simple” mod I’ve ever done, but I got it done without having to pull the engine.... :)
Did you write up in the install? Hahaha, yeah, the horn in my '19 is pretty sad :D
