It is the same smart charging system as the GT350, so there are a few options. Antigravity is one of them, but you have to select the correct battery. Me personally? I wouldn't use them for DD, but may have. All I'm trying to do is reduce weight.
I’m also going to bet the carbon model beats the 1Le. I can totally understand why Ford saved this bomb for last.
The car is not even in the public's hands yet, remember when dodge claimed 9.65 on the demon when in reality after release it ran low-mid 10s. Let's hope this is not a repeat by ford, and I hope the car defies physics.
That's honestly a terrible comparison. Bolt on gen 3 cars will go high tens on DRAG WHEELS AND TIRES, with weight reduction, E85, and either a trans brake, or converter. Not full weight on 20" street tires. A full bolt on, full weight, gen 3 car on 20" wheels with street tires is more like 11.7's. A better thing to look at would be MPH to see how fast a car potentially is. My gen 3 car on a 150 shot of nitrous has trapped 128mph and although we don't know for sure yet what the gt500 will trap, I'd be willing to bet it will be more than 130. A full weight bolt on gen 3 on e85 is around 123 mph. So... Realistically, it would take a bolt on gen 3 on a 200 shot to even be close to a stock gt500 in trap speed.
