Could this be caused from running a wastegate?

Got on the dyno today. As you can see power gets sporadic and doesnt climb after 5300ish rpm.

Procharger D1SC 4inch pulley gated to 10ish psi

yes, most likely the gate opened around there and bled off extra boost.

edit: although the power shouldnt drop like that after the gate opens unless it got stuck open somehow

Have you ever dynoed your gated setup? did it look similar? anyone else with a gate see something like this?

Yes, I've dynoed a few times. It was late last night when I saw this. Is the hp the one that is higher on the right end or lower? If higher, the leveling off looks about right. but if it is the inverse parabola something isn't right.

Highest line is HP. Tq drops to around 200 at 7k rpm. Hp just kinda stays where it is. That's normal with a gate?

Yes, once you hit the boost pressure you have your gate set up at, you won't make any more boost and power gain will be negligible. The benefit is that you hit that boost number much lower in the RPM range and have that power available more quickly. If you plugged the wastegate you would see the power keep climbing as you made more boost, but if you have it pullied down enough, you may make too much boost for your gas or for your motor if you were to do so. Although that torque curve isn't very flat. You like to see your torque go up and then stay pretty flat for the remainder of the run.

I would recommend finding a way to log your boost pressure. Either through a gauge or if they can show you the boost curve through the dyno software.

You'll be able to see if the psi is holding or dropping. It should be holding once it reaches max pressure the spring allows for.

TBF, the numbers are actually not that bad. You're making a good quantity of torque for the HP. It looks like without the gate, you'd be at mid-high 700s.

Boost holds.

Personally, it's a fun daily. So to be honest I'm not looking to ring it out to 7500 to feel what I paid for. To me that extra torque and pin you to your seat feeling is perfect for little hits here and there.

Gonna get an e-boost controller and 4 port solenoid to see if it smooths the power out a bit. Plus I'm not 100 percent sure what psi I'm making. I have 8.5 springs in but dyno read 11.5 peak.

11.5 peak sounds closer to what torque numbers you're making. I think 600 torque in a centri is like 13-14 psi.

When I dyno'd mine a few pullies ago, I made 730/540 without gate around 10-11 psi. It hit 540 tq around 4500 and stayed perfectly flat until 7500. So yours dropping off due to the gate actually makes sense.

Yeah, thats awfully low for 10psi. Think I was around 650 conservatively on 93 with a p1sc gated at 11-12psi

I ran my d1sc with a tial wastegate on a stock engine with 10psi all the way up to a rods/pistons shortblock with 18psi. Your dyno graphs looks similar to mine with power peaking in the early 6000rpm range. I would shift at 7000rpm and the car ran awesome at the track.

Thats 10psi with a 4.62 pulley vs 10psi with a 3.9 pulley and wastegate.

This is pump 93 vs e85 with the wastegate

Rods/pistons on 16psi gate vs l&m cams and gate at 19psi which it didnt hit. The d1sc ran out of steam on this pull. Before the cams it went 9.6 at 147 with a stock mt82 in my 2012.
