Passenger seat leg room

I’ve just noticed that when I move my passenger seat back to maximum leg room it does not go as far back as the driver seat - is this normal?

Right hand drive?
Seems to hold true on left hand drives here in the states.

I noticed that the passenger side footwell isn’t as deep as the driver side, maybe that’s what you’re experiencing?
