Be honest, who has plans to put in some miles and sell while the market is still hot?

I keep telling myself, and my wife, that this is my “forever” car. I really thought the GT350 was it, but I’ve always wanted a 500. I’ve put in a lot of time and effort to score my MSRP deal. I’m definitely planning to keep this one for quite some time.

You will be waiting a very long time for a GT500KR model based on the fact that Ford does not have the rights to the KR designation anymore.

Ford could purchase it.... Shelby American has to stay alive somehow.

I think everyone is greatly overestimating the demand for this car, with ADM’s the chance to buy it, drive it, and sell for a profit is slim to none. The GT350 at the time was the only Shelby available, there was no Red Eye, and there wasn’t a new Corvette for less money. The difference between folks that can afford a $60K car (GT350) and a $80K plus car (GT500) is significant.

That said I would never buy a car to flip it even if I could make a small profit, the hassle of selling cars is nauseating that’s why I trade mine in.
