Ok, when I’m logged into the Ford Owner portal, I click on:
Support >> Sync Software Updates >> What’s in this update?

And it shows:
JR3T-14G381-AM SYNC3 v3.0 (does this somehow correlate back to “19149”)

Downloaded it and the downloaded zip file name is the same.

I have a 2018, so I’m not seeing where you are seeing version “19149”?

Should I be going elsewhere to get the updates you all are using?
The one mentioned in this post (which is a with-nav version) worked fine in my 18

Note it's JR3T-14G381-AR which is 19149

See your question was already answered, but yes the -xx at the end of the part number links to the build/release number. The one that will go OTA/Owner Portal will probably be -AS for example. Though, that's only for the main application package name. Others can/will be updated as well, e.g. the voice package.

I've been reading on the F-150 forum that there was some virus on the system over the weekend so the roll out is being delayed again.

IIRC some build after 18093 disabled the Ford GT theme (or removed) it completely so if you have the theme like I do, revert back first. Or don't update.
Yes, GT was disabled and nothing was displayed. I had to config the APIM with Forscan to set back the ford , cause neither the mustang theme is available. After that everything is displayed but navigation menu is not shown, so I' m trying to go back to 18025 but it is not working either. Any idea? Thanks a lot

If you're sure that you reset both parts in the APIM Back to stock then Im not sure. You can try downgrading back to the super old builds like 17000 if you can still find the files for it then upgrade back.
Your best bet is to contact DanMc85 on the fusion forums (thread: http://www.2gfusions.net/showthread.php?tid=3881) since he seems super knowledgeable about the whole sync setup.

Other than that you can try going into diagnostic testing setting, below the nav screen, hold down forward and eject together for a couple seconds and diagnostics menu should show up. Theres APIM and testing settings you could try there like temporarily changing themes.

Edit: I found some things for you to check from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...SN7v6AjN_t9rWvz0npQpcBbU_u0/edit#gid=53101868

Nav enable: 7D0-01-02 x4xx xxxx xxxx
Startup anim: 7D0-02-01 : xxxx x6xx xxxx
Shutdown anim: 7D0-03-01 xxxx x0xx xxxx
Good luck.
