He's not the only one with the long wait. I know of two Armageddon kits that were >1 year.

Damn, that guy seriously needs to hire some help. He would get a lot more business if he could ship out a kit in under 4-6 months. waiting an entire year is ridiculous.

Your absolutely correct. But I’m also hoping to live it a little over eights seconds at a time after I receive it.. So that being said, I can wait.

AED has gone low 8's on a stock bottom end. I'm gonna throw a built short block in mine and shove a shit-ton of boost down its throat. F the 8's. I'm fine waiting.

The problem I have with this is that what does it matter what they've (or anyone for that matter) done with a stock bottom end?
Most if not all of us except for the ones that break the record either don't have the money to do go that deep, or don't care about stock bottom end times. I mean look at all the stuff that was put into some of these stock bottom end cars to go after some micro record
All this other money spent in other places like ceramic wheel bearings..
I'm not going to base whose kit I buy off of a micro record lol. Just my $.02.
The car is fast no matter how you look at it. Bottom 8's aint no slouch that's for damn sure.

I haven't asked for an update. He told me 8 months. I told him I'd see him again in 8 months. I did ask if I could have a kit next month as I'd love to do a couple of events in May, but he said that'd be too early.

See folks now in the 19-24 month range with completion constantly pushed 1-2 months at a time

PS: Far as I'm aware the S550 kmember isn't even developed yet, which the kit will require to be used

Maybe, but none have been made so far. The only S550 running that kit use the Watson kmember.

S197 guys have been waiting 19-24 months for kits and those are already in "production"
