Yup, I heard staff at the track (UMC) last week the day before it announced taking about selling their houses and job related topics.
I hope they retain the crew that was instructing the days I was there - they were awesome.
Can't say the infield based Charlotte track looks as good as is today....and NC will be damned humid in comparison.

I’m going in a couple weeks. Do you know whether they allow shorts & t-shirts? All other track events I’ve been to, you required to wear long pants/long sleeved shirts (this was for beginner hpde events, btw. Not time trials/racing etc).

You can, they issue jumpsuits to wear over them.

iT would have been nice to stay on the east coast those 2 times I went (1x for 350 Track attack the 2nd time for ST octane academy) but it was a great chance to see Utah and Salt lake, bonneville, etc...

They told me maybe December, for sure January. Hate to seem them leave such an awesome track. Charlotte will offer a lot to see and do as well so it should be a fun venue.

The enrollment opened up in January for my 2018 GT350 track attack. I'll be calling them for my 2019 track attack in January.
