That's weird. It was a breeze on my 18
Yeah I was super hopeful.

Check out the Active Exhaust install thread, multiple 2019 owners failed there.

Not that it matters now, but you could try changing the codes and see if you get an error message. That in theory signify that it's actually trying to see the valves.

I purchased a track edition and the shipping said the 15th also. When I got the tracking info it is estimated for the 11th
Did you ever receive yours?

Received them on the 11th and installed this morning. I went with the black tips.

The track exhaust is glorious! Sounds so good. I don't think the wife will be happy though

I had the MBRP Street previous. It seems a little louder, but more refined especially at higher rpm. The idle rumble is amazing.

Awesome man!

Unfortunately my package got re-routed and at last check was sitting a couple thousand miles away from me after being within an hour from me.

That sucks but your patience will pay off.

Install was super easy and everything aligned perfectly.

Finally got this exhaust installed, and it’s my favorite exhaust I’ve had on any car. The shop did have to work with it for awhile to get it centered up upon installation but we finally got it.

VERY deep voice on this exhaust, loud without being rowdy. Fantastic mix.

In all fairness UPS screwed up and my exhaust has more miles on it than my car due to being re-routed up to New England after being in Arkansas.

Ok, I've been driving the car around for the last day or so and can provide some initial impressions. I'll try to get some sound clips recorded.

Cold Start:
Not bad at all. If your neighbors get pissed with you over the cold start with the AWE Touring system you should move because your neighbors suck. Yes it is louder than stock but it is not anything obnoxious. If this is something holding you back I would strike this one off the list.

Driving:
With my M6 I get some pops between shifts when driving normally around town. Low rpm driving is rewarded with an impressively low tone that is dynamic throughout the rpm range. High rpm's provide some of the best sounds I've ever heard from a car being driven hard. A lot of exhausts excel in a specific rpm band, this AWE provides a highly rewarding driving experience throughout the entire rpm range.

Tone:
I personally believe this is the closest you will ever get to making the S550 sound anything like the old pushrod 5.0's. It kind of has that deep and hollow sound we all grew up hearing on the Fox with some flowmasters, I absolutely love it. My last few Mustangs have had X-pipes, moving forward I'll likely always have an AWE system with the H.

Volume:
Perfect mix of Billy Badass and Billy Badass wearing a tux on the highway. Again, sounds amazing with more than enough to let anyone around you know that you indeed do have nearly 500hp but not so much that you are followed by Law Enforcement everywhere you go. My wife could hear me driving past the house for sure, but again nothing over the top. Windows down and stereo up with some Disturbed this morning and I could listen to the exhaust AND the music. Sold.

I have the MBRP Race... it’s rowdy that’s for sure...
I’m thinking of doing LTH.

The drone with that system is up there. Long tubes will amplify it. Can throw some resonators on there to help if needed.
