Looking to have small drop, less than 1".
Which springs, struts and shocks can I run to achieve a small drop & maintain ride quality? Not looking to improve handling to be honest, happy with level now for my driving style but will be happy to do so as long as it doesn't negatively affect ride quality.

Steeda and BMR both offer min drop springs. If I recall correctly, Steeda's are 1/2", BMR's are 3/4".

You can also look at the different rates and decide based on that and use some spacers (Steeda makes both front and rear spacers) to get the height back where you want it.

I can definitely recommend the Steeda fixed Pro-Actions as a good improvement over the base shocks/struts. If ride quality is your main concern, consider the Pro-Active dampers instead.

BMR SP763 springs (7/8" F / 1/2" R drop) or Steeda Min Drop (1/2" drop F/R) springs paired with the Ford Performance Track dampers or Steeda fixed pro actions.

Ride quality is a very subjective topic, but I’ll always recommend the 200lb/in front 750 to 800lb/in rear combo found on the Steeda minimum drop or sport springs for a pure daily driver.

Match them up with the ProActions like @Nagare recommended and you’ll have a tried and tested match.

Happy to help with forum pricing if you go the Steeda route :)

BMR! FTW!!!! The only way to go for all suspension upgrades. Great customer support and they back their product. minimum drop springs...and they provide you with springs rates as well if you want them. If rates and type of spring are not listed Kelly will provide that for you with a simple phone call or email.

Most of Steeda's (hasn't been updated for the MR Dual Rate springs or the ProActive dampers) rates/types/drops are all on this list which I've found quite helpful.
