So I have 2m headers installed and went to button up my full corsa sport catback.. there is about a 6-8" gap from the end of the 2m flowtubes (S pipe) to the beginning of the corsa double x..

1. I never saw anything on the forums about this lol..
2. What did you do to fill this gap?

Calling a bunch of companies tomorrow to try and just buy straight 3" flow tubes.

Not familiar with the 2m headers, but I pulled this pic off eBay. Do you have those extensions circled in red?

yeah those go off the end of the header before the S pipe, the gap is then after the S to connect to the mid.

I had the exact issue... mentioned it in the eBay headers thread.

But yeah...just need to get two extensions to bridge the gap.

At this point I'm thinking about putting resonators in there...just depends where they fit best

Yeah i just dont want aluminum extensions lol. My buddy has a 3" piece left over from his ARH custom build trying to find someone who can make a me a long piece with a flange that I can cut.

My extensions are aluminized only because that is what was on hand.

That is another reason I'm thinking about putting the resonators in there is to get rid of those short pieces

But you can by sticks of 3" as pipe on eBay...and possibly some exhaust shops. The stuff on eBay ...one I saw was a 4' stick for about $35. Then any exhaust shop could put the expand the other end for the slip fit

This is why I ended up with the ARH headers with the 3" direct connect to Corsa. They should also connect just fine with the Krona catback I'm getting once that arrives. I think Kooks has a 3" option now too, but at the time I got my headers they did not.

Yeah the 2m's are 3" but Idk what the fuck they direct connect to lmao. once I get the stainless made im gonna have the 30 flow tube pieces welded together so its once piece from the headers to the corsa double x.

I have the OBX/maximize brand. I had the same issue with mine and welded 2.5 inches of 3 inch pipe to the end of the connecting pipes. The headers are probably direct connect with the factory exhaust.

Luckily ARH came through and are making me the extensions as we speak. Once they came and I cut to fit I will have all the stainless flow tubes welded together so I dont have 12 exhaust clamps.

Agreed part of my decision process back then was because of this direct connect, all o2 extensions etc. Didn't want to have to piece meal anything.

But def glad ARH is coming through on your custom build OP.
