changing drive modes while car is moving

If I had a dollar for every time I kicked it into Sport only for traffic to pop up out of nowhere and had to put it right back into Normal.

Yeah, I’d be in a lot of trouble if you could’t change on the move.

It's not changing anything mechanical, its all electronic so its fine to switch even at highway speeds.

It has no negative effects to change it at any speed.

Agreed. I switch mine all around when driving, depending mostly on traffic.

Well, yes but its simple opening the valve in the exhaust tip.

That's not hurting anything. When I come home late at night from hockey practice always switch my exhaust to quite mode as I approach my neighborhood.
