So you're telling me they're going to keep 2 block foundry's open for 5.2 blocks... and the early production stop of 2018s and delay in the 2019 has nothing to do with making block foundry changes...

interesting. doesn't seem very business savvy but interesting.
I didn’t say that.
Where did I say anything about 2 foundry’s and delaying production?

I hope Ford makes a bunch more and I'd like it if Ford did a power increase as well. I don't think it's likely, but it would be great in my opinion.

I understand wanting a less common car, but I like mine so much I'd like to buy another. Maybe in about 3 years if I could buy a brand new GT350 making 575-600 hp with a slightly smaller and lighter Mustang body wrapped around it.. that would be perfect! But I never thought I was buying something collectible or cared whether it would be rare. I just wanted a car that I would love to drive. And I got that.
If only they’d come back out with Avalanche Gray. I’d order another R today.

So does the 2019 gt350r have the gt500 engine block or the same block as the 16-18 engines?

Has new block with thicker bores and deeper head bolts or whatever

Funny how there are arguments about these topics. Especially since several time all of us have been proven wrong at one point or another

Does anyone know what build date they switched to Predator M52B block on the GT350R?
Beginning model year 2019. Whenever that first car in 2019 was built.
