Stock exhaust manifold rattle

Same on my 16 GT, rattle from passenger cats when I shook it... gonna try to verify again this weekend it isn't the flex

The cats are very new still, I don’t think they could burn up that fast to rattle already.

Took the vibrant 2.25 4 inch long flex pipe to a shop. Couldn’t seem to get it to fit properly so I will be welding in just a pipe, eliminating the flex pipe completely.

This thread is old but just happened to my car after installing mid pipe. Is the pipe 2.25 or 2.5? Will probably be welding a new one in... Funny thing is that it looks totally fine but rattles a lot when I bang on it.

I had a rattle from the flex pipe as well. Thanks for the thread and info. I used the vibrant 62706 part.
