Help.....
What is this?
I track my car and race brake dust can be very tough on wheel finishes but whats going on here?
I wash wheels with dish soap, I use Iron X, I tried a very mild polish, Prima swirl, tried wax, Prima Epic, even tried magic eraser which cleans up anything organic.
all this helps a little but can't get it clean
Thoughts recommendations?

Have you tried washing them then using alchohol to remove the stains? If that works I would use some type of sealant to make it easy to maintain.

Don't use dish soap, it'll strip off off almost anything you apply.

Looks like wheel cleaner that was allowed to dry and/or an improper cleaner for that type of wheel...my thoughts given what you're already tried to this point; damaged.

Ok there is an up date:
Don't use Alcohol it removed the finish. I know alcohol is ok on anodized finished as on some brake calipers.
Meguiars wheel cleaner works very well but didn't get completely clean.
Trying the 50/50 Vinegar and water next, but it does look like I will be getting these refinished especially after trying the alcohol
Edit:
50/50 Vinegar and water didn't touch it..
I bought track specific wheels and these I will get refinished and use on the street only and keep them clean
