Bought my Race Red PP 2 on 5/28/19. 301A and cloth recaros. My last high performance car was a 2007 C6 Z06. Even though the PP 2 is at least 500 lbs.heavier than the Z you barely notice the extra weight because the suspension is so dialed in. I was goings to buy a Shelby 350, but after driving both, I like the PP 2 just as well (mostly street driving), except for the exhaust note of the 350. Saved about $19K by purchasing the PP 2. I have about 300 miles on it. I am going to take the Sport Cups off and go with Pilot Super Sports in case anyone wants some barely used Sport Cups, just let me know.

I bit the Bullitt and got a full tilt boogie racing diff cooler installed on my PP2. I am one who hates breaking things at the track and I like peace of mind. The installation did take considerable more time than we expected but it looks as though it will calm the overheating diff issue.

yea the rokblokz are great. i only installed them behind the front tires. install time took like 15 minutes. simple and easy!
Other than swapping out my JLT Catchcan from my 15 GT PP, this will be my first purchased mod for this car! Thanks for the info, my 15 was all torn up from rocks being thrown.

Just picked one up from a member that was never installed. Any words of wisdom before I tackle the install? Did you have the battery relocated to the trunk? Nice ride btw, love the green.

I would recommend a professional shop do it. My shop, Scan Automotive had to pull out the rear suspension to change the diff cover and then redo the alignment after putting everything back together. The thermal activation switch is easily adjusted for temperature settings and we ran the wire up to the cockpit for an on/off switch to run continuously if needed. Scan made it look great and they made improvements to the system as they worked through the installation. Make sure you have 3 liters of diff fluid plus the friction fluid and diff cover nuts, the nuts are one time use only.

Anyone swap Pilot Sport 4s on? Thinking about getting them in 285/35/19 front and 295/35/19 rear

I have gone down this road. I ordered and recieved those exact tires only to find out that the 295/35 are a Mercedes specific tire and are actually narrower than the 285s. I ended up with the 305/30 square and they're great. They have a meatier appearance than the same size Cup2.

I went 305/30 all around. I haven't driven any other tires besides those and the SC2's but I have no complaints.

I also went to MPS4Ss 305 front 325 rear. Love them, no complains at all! Although so far it has purely just been daily driving, no autox or track.
