Congratulations to Lund Racing on sending their Steeda equipped S550 Mustang into the record books. Now holding the ET record as the quickest 6R80 equipped Mustang around with a 7.78 @ 177mph!!! And a 1.18 short time to 60 ft. on the next pass to top it off!!!


Equipped with Steeda suspension and chassis components (list below), we will be looking for more to come from Lund Racing and their Stang. Congratulations again to the whole Lund Racing team!

I just spoke to Steeda Tech.

Lund is running solid aluminum bushings for the subframe mounts. On high HP applications like this a solid bushing makes more sense as NVH isn’t a concern.

No, they do not. The IRS subframe braces tie the IRS subframe to the chassis eliminating chassis flexture between the two points. Under 5lbs for both braces.

Congrats to our friends over at Lund Racing for the new 6R80 record and being the Fastest Ford IRS on the planet!!! They recently switched over to our Steeda Adjustable Camber Arms, Camber Arm Brackets and Shock Mounts to compliment the rest of the Steeda Stop the Hop kit on their Blue Goose. Now the car is going "straight as an arrow". Congrats again guys on a job well done!
