I noticed when I estimated the shipping using the new address the charge was rougly $20 making $5 higher plus I am not I did wanted this insured as well.

I guess I was surprised that the new address would be more expensive as it caught me off guard. No I guess I will have to eat the cost as a lesson learned...the tracking number is on the receipt as I used a 7 day ship but should arrive earlier possibly. Thanks!
