Emptied my passenger side catch can. But when I had my engine replaced they switched it over too, but must have lost one of the hex bolts, so they used a torx bolt. So I had to go rummaging to find the right size bit. Grrrrrrr...I had an extra hex bolt and put it back in.

How is the new engine holding up?

Got about 7k on it and minimal oil usage. I run this motor at higher rpm than the last one and give it a good spanking on the backroads when I can. It’s using maybe 1/2 a liter in about 4K miles. I’ll feel better once I get past 10k and it stays that level.

Not delivered yet(confirmed it's on a transport), but the local dealer has this coming to one of the stores in his group. Gonna remove the stripe. Wish it woulda been black. What are the "needed" mods?

Probably won't be tracking this at all. Never tracked my '12 Boss, but managed 18k miles in a year and a half. So I will surely have some seat time here

Just change it; it's 100 bucks a pop. After that, follow the dash indicator. I change it at around 20% life left... It goes down a lot with time also, not just with mileage.

The Ford OLM will go down ~2% a week just sitting in the garage, that way they get the 100% oil life reduction in 1 year even if the car is never driven.
