The new update is worth getting...

Its a completely redone calibration

You need to contact whipple and request the new file.

It’s free and will take a 24-48hrs in most cases.

Loved the Whipple tune on my stage 2 MT82 car. Now running PBD with a 3.3 pulley on E85 car runs great but still have to iron out warm start on E85.
I am happy with the Whipple’s tune but tempted to try PBD. Don’t know if it’s worth it if it involves a lot of back and forth o get tune right. I spent a lot of money on my 96 GT and never could get it tuned right.
PBD does so many of these Whipple cars they pretty much have it dialed in from the start. My 93 tune only needed one revision to get it perfect. One thing you'll notice going from Whipple to PBD is the throttle is a lot less touchy.

I have pbd for my 2018 whipple f150 and it’s better then the whipple tune.

As for the 2019 mustang, I don’t see how an aftermarket tune can run better then this new whipple calibration.

Well i can tell you that the new calibration on my 19 is screwy and throws misfire codes.

Did you do the crank relearn?

I just ordered a new fuel system and injectors. I'm going to switch to E85 and custom tune.

I did it months ago when I uploaded the first tune they gave me.
I’m no expert but if I had a misfire code after a cal update I would definitely do another crank relearn. I’ve had this problem more than once.

So you've had a misfire code and with a crank relearn that fixed the problem?
