Hi everyone!
For some reason my 2018 Mustang GT 2018 PP1 officially imported via Ford Brazil dealerships
came with no strut power braces, as none of them did as well.
Do you think I should add this item to my car?

PP1 in the states is supposed to have a tower and cowl brace. Not sure why it wouldn't for export. Check with your dealer.
A lot of the oversees cars didn't get the bar due to crash requirements oversees.

Ford Performance has a kit for around $160 that you can add. I put one on my 2018 GT non - PP and I could feel a difference in the first 100 feet of driving on my street. Much more solid feel which was very surprising and welcome. The brace also looks great with a black powder coating and stainless steel Ford Performance plaque on top.

I saw that FP kit too and wondered if it would be of any use on my EB Premium.

Even installing all new suspension struts, springs, rear links, sways I added the strut and K brace after the car felt even more tighter.

oh wait since ur technically pp1, maybe you already have the underbelly stuff. You may just want to buy the standard $160 kit + cowl extension and thats it. Compare pics from the other thread

To the OP, stupid as it sounds, you may want to ask your insurance company before you do it. If you install the strut brace, you will no longer have the "non-rigid" zone beneath the hood that was used to develop your car's ANCAP safety score. Changing that may or may not be an issue in Australia (I believe the EU would get their panties in a bunch over it, but, then again, they'll do that for just about everything these days), but you may want to put a feeler or two out first.
