I have the Whipple stage 1. the mustang dyno that i originally ran it on said it made 618 whp. From others, who had the stage 1 ran on a dyno jet I've seen around 630-640whp. I don't know much about mustang dynos, but based off the baseline run without the super charger I'd say it was off. When stock, it ran 430+ on that same mustang dyno. I was always told mustang dynos read less than dyno jets, so that confused me. Driving the car was a blast. It hauled ass, however I decided to get PBD's "stage 2" setup and their tuning along with the things I listed in my signature. My car is now at a new shop. The first pull, I was just informed minutes ago, without any revisions, made 687whp on a dyno jet. I'm hoping with revisions we can get a little closer to 700, if not hit that mark. Either way this is all on the stock 4" pulley, and pump 93 from Krogers, so I'm pretty stoked. Can't wait to see the final numbers and how it drives.Just trying to decide if I should stick with the Whipple tune with the stage 2 kit or buy tuner kit and have custom tune?
its a 17 GT Auto.
That’s pretty damn good, setup?I went 10.28 @ 138 with whipple tune (manual trans). Also got 26mpg on a 7hr road trip. Hard to argue with that.
Stage 2 whipple, 3.375" pulley, ms109, headers. factory cat back, spec clutch. slicks. That’s pretty damn good, setup?
Smart.19 whipple stage 2. The first tune whipple made for the 19s works on my car. The new revisions they have for the 19s throw misfire codes on my car. Just ordered a new fuel system going to go e85 and custom tune don't want to gamble with the whipple tune and 93 octane any longer.
