Should I get New 2019 EB PP1 101A or just settle with used 2018?

I’d get a slightly used GT.

Don’t make a mistake like I did in 2015 when I bought my 15’ EB PP and 5 months later traded it for a 15’ GT.

The EB was a good car but I never did like the exhaust note. I thought I would be happy with the 4 cyl Mustang but deep down I really wanted the V8. I wish I had gotten it in the first place and didn’t lose the money I did trading cars so quickly.

Good luck to what ever car you choose. Post pictures once you get it.
This was me as well. The Eco is a great car but you are really going to want a GT if you want to get into muscle cars.

FYI: I also came from an IS series Lexus. Just know that the seats don't come anywhere close to matching the IS and you will have way more plastic. I still enjoy mine every day but remember you are leaving a luxury car for a sports car.

Get a loaded EB/PP for around 30k and enjoy the hell out of it. Ford offers 0% a couple times a year and discount around 4-5K at a minimum. Mine was 37k with every option except adaptive cruise and it was 32K OTD with 0 finance.

And don't be shy about asking the dealership to find you the exact options you desire. My dealership did a car swap with another dealership a couple hundred miles away.

I think you will find that, at dealerships, the price of a slightly used mustang is very similar to a brand new one due to all the rebates and discounts offered. I've been looking at a new GT Premium PP1 and the ones I'm looking at have an MSRP of 51k and are going for around 41k.

Don’t forget about Dealer Loaners,

Last December I picked up a 2018 EB with 2500 miles, Kona Blue, Performance Package, 10 speed auto, base package interior for $25,700 before all the fees/taxes. Sold as new with warranty.

Ohh, good point. Imma check the dealers to make sure they aren't hiding any of these as well.

If you do get the ECO, do the Turbonetics Head Swap :)

• Capable of 520hp with supporting mods (with custom tune)

By the way, for those of you who bought new - answer the following:

What was the MSRP?
How much did you get it down?
What was the out the door cost?

Bought my 18’ GT in October 2018 from Koons Ford in Baltimore. Drove up with my 09’ C6 Corvette and traded for my Mustang. MSRP was little over 47k bought it for little over 38K plus add the usual tax and title etc. Of course my out the door price was a lot lower due to my trade equity.

Koons Ford still has 10 - 2018 left over Mustangs
