Injectors on 2018 Whipple

Do you need to remove the entire blower to replace the injectors? I’m upgrading my injectors on my Whipple 2018 for a return fuel system for e85. A couple shops said they need to remove the entire blower to do so. Is this true?

Nevermind... Got it done without removing supercharger. Don’t let shops try to tell you something just to make some more money off of you. Literally took about an hour to do the job.

Good info to know. Are you doing a Stage two with upgraded throttle body and fuel pump as well? I am entertaining going up to 1000 hp but I have stock oil pump gears that make me reluctant.

I honestly haven't heard of any but I wouldn't mess with them until my warranty is up

I already have the stage 2 kit. I’m upgrading the injector and installing a lethal performance return style fuel kit with a smaller pulley so the stage 2 pump will be coming out. I already did the opg and csg. I haven’t heard of any failing but I still like the piece of mind

Yes. I’ve seen quite a few pistons fail. I’m building the motor next
