So it appears the offer and how to get it is about as reliable and consistent as Ford's estimated delivery dates. ;)

I think much less reliable, at least they give you a EDD for the car, there is nothing for getting a Private Cash cert.

After you get your quote from the black book site where did it pop up?

Email results from Black Book and a separate email from Ford.

Update 4:45 - Then three emails and a phone call from the nearest Ford dealer.
