I think the Shelby's should have a different look than the regular Mustang

So they didn’t have to change the NASCAR design.

Because they spent the development money on more important things. Im good with that.
It is hard to argue with the effort Ford put into the design of the GT 350. The car was built to cater to a small subset of Mustang owners/track enthusiasts and I think it is great to have a choice like that.

I personally just can't get used to the '18-up GT changes to the front end, but the PP2 looks pretty decent when you are standing in front of one.

While I love the GT350 and GT500 looks and front end, I can't help but think the 15-17 GTs look dated now since the 18 refresh. They still look good, no doubt, but slightly dated. I, not surprisingly since I own one, prefer the '18 GT look over '17 GT. The front end looks better, but the rear looks much better, IMO. The improvements they made at the rear really stand out to me.

That said, I do wish they would at least integrate the '18 headlights into the GT350 and GT500, I doubt the carbon fiber whatever has to be redesigned for some headlights to change.

Agreed. While the original front end wasn't terrible, I couldn't bring myself to buy one with the way it looked - just too flat, and now, a little dated looking.
