SICK, i'm jelly... i got the exact set up in my garage mins the 20% i went stock size 10 rib but i have three sizes pulleys. only i got the A10, i have two questions did you guys install the OPG and crank sprocket? if so how bad was it? second with the fuel system did you do the dual pumps or triple? i have yet to buy my fuel system and have been debating the lethal kit or else the fore kit. defiantly would like some input. i plan on running E85 as ill be buying it from a local plant at e99 and then cutting down to E85-88ish.

still breaking my car in, so i have some time finally got to 900km this weekend. took a trip to Regina from stoon. wish you guys where closer id like to pick your brains on the install.

anyways patiently waiting on your reply to my questions. .

OPG, CS is pretty straight forward. Take it all apart and put it all back together. Dual 450’s. Had to modify a Chrysler pulley puller to get the 18 crank pulley off.

I don't think anybody does that, it's more of a way out for ATI if something goes wrong. Makes no sense really, do you think Ford measures every crank and damper OD & ID and matches them or machines them before assembling? If Ford can do it than why can't ATI? Maybe I'm missing something here.

I agree with this and from the one i installed if your using the right tools it slides right on.If it really tight wheir its feels like the install tool is gojng to break u have something wrong or balancer is messed up.Agree with Rob,no one is going to make them tiny measurements and adjustments.

For what it's worth I have installed 3 different ATI balancers on 3 different Coyote engines, they all needed to be honed out .0004 - .0006 was the range. Your ideal press for an 1.250 crank snout is .0008 - .001.

Ok so what do u do when the clearence is to loose, sleeve the crank??Or do they only make them to tight so u have to take a expensive already crank damper and pay to get it honed out?
