Road Trip must see suggestions: Routr ->PL -> DE -> NL -> DK -> S -> PL:

Hi guys/gals.

Planning a 2-3 week road trip somewhere around the end of July. Two of us & an 11 year old.
The genaral route is: PL -> DE(Nurburgring) -> NL(Amsterdam) -> DK(Billund & Copenhagen) -> S(Malmo & Trelleborg) -> PL.
(tried to upload a GoogleMaps route, but im getting an error code)

The intention is to take scenic routes and stay off highways/autobahns as much as possible.
The Key stops decided so far are Amsterdam, LegoLand in Billund. Through the tunnels and bridges to Copenhagen, and ferry back to Poland.

Would love to have some suggestions for amazing roads/routes and Must Sees, somewhere along this general route.

Do yourself a favor and drive through Czechia to get a decent beer in Plzen (and elsewhere) .

I have been there last weekend and I have to recommend to take a part of Urquell brewery guided tour.
It's amazing. Especially underground tunnels.

If U have time, and money to burn, U should visit Tivoli here in Copenhagen. The little mermaid, if U are to that kind of thing. This is very close to where our Queen lives.
We have different kind of busses/boats so U can see Copenhagen with a guide.
Also some beautiful gardens, if thats Ur thing.

If U are in Copenhagen on a thursday U should definitely visit Roskilde Harbour. If the weather permits there are several hundreds of cars and bikes gathering. If U are going hit me up and I'll be there in my GT.
