From bumper panel gap??

Hey All,

I’m a new member and soon to be GT350 owner.

So I’m ready to do a deal on a new leftover GT350 Monday or Tuesday, and this car pops up yesterday, it local and I like the white. Go look today. It’s pretty clean, but I can’t get over the panel gap around the front bumper/hood/fender. 1st owner, claims it’s never been off.

Anyone see gaps like this from the factory?

Looks pretty normal to me. Guess if you really can’t get over it, I assume you’ll be looking for a different car since they’re all the same.

As long as it’s normal, I’m good with it. Car didn’t look like it had been hit or had any issues, just wanna make sure it’s consistent with other cars. Thx!

Both my front fender corner tips over the headlight were bent, like your second pic. Bugged the shit outta me. First thing i saw every single time i walked into the garage

The hood is slightly adjustable, I believe. The hood is held on the hinges by 4 bolts that I think can be loosened and adjusted for play and final fitment. Confirm with the dealer. That gap does look a little bigger than the one on my '18 GT.

Make sure the rubber hood bumper on the driver side is not set too high, that could be part of the issue. The right side doesn't look much different from normal.

Another factor is it is a white car. All the panel gaps will be accentuated visually due to the stark color differential between the white paint and open space.
