Buying an extended warranty in Florida?

I live in Ga and bought a Ford warranty from Flood Ford for the Mustang.
I was looking to buy from them for my moms Escape. She lives in FL. Flood Ford says FL law says they can’t sell online there.

Anyone know of a reasonably priced dealer in FL to work with? Mom lives between Orlando and Tampa.

You can't find a reasonably priced one, they're all going to be MSRP or higher because of laws here.

Have Mom put the $3K or so in a savings account. Same coverage, better control. Also, no "Sorry, that's not covered since it happened on a Tuesday."
