Can anyone recommend lowering springs? I am debating between for performance one or the steeda dual rate ultimate.

I just got dual rates on my eco and love them. Keep in mind that I live in Phoenix so the roads are mostly good. If you live in an area with not so great roads then the dual rates might be a little much if it's a DD.

I have GT350 Ford Performance lowering springs, new in the box that I am getting rid of.

The dual rates are a great spring - we have run them on several of our in-house Steeda cars. Here is an overview of the springs - our Memorial Day sale is still taking place, some time left to save!!
