I have noticed the crossover bar on h pipes are not always in the same location does matter if the pipe crossover Is in the middle Or the front of a h -pipe dose it effect the Sound or performance

As long as it is underneath the car you should be good,

It may effect the sound lightly, but that's all. It's part of why the Steeda and Roush H pipes don't sound identical.
