GT 350 fenders on standard GT

Has anybody tried to put the GT 350 front fenders on a standard 18 or 19 GT? I really like the air vents on those fenders.

Probably not because you'd have to change the entire front end (hood, bumper, headlights). That seems like a mighty expensive process for half an inch wider fenders.

Headlights are the same, but you're correct on a lot of the front clip needing to be changed.

edit » Skipped over the fact that OP has a 19, EFI is correct in that everything has to be switched to use the OEM fenders.

There are some aftermarket GT350 like fenders that fit the standard front bodywork. That would probably much cheaper than updating to real GT350 parts, with new hood, front facia, etc.

Makes no sense to me. Why not buy a GT350 if you like that part of the look. Unless that is a person has more money than sense, then carry on, I won't be your huckleberry. LOL

i Just saw that it requires their bumper as well to go with it for fitment. Bumper doesn't look bad at all and I saw someone on FB who did the fenders and bumper and it looked amazing but youre looking at about 1800 excluding paint/prep
