I love the design but i haven’t purchased one because i need some questions answered. Perhaps you could help. How hot will the material get if the car is out in the sun?
I got my knob in white specifically to help with this and while I haven't left the car parked for an eternity, it didn't get crazy hot. Hopefully we'll have a nice hot day here soon and I'll leave it out in the sun for a bit. My car usually doesn't get parked anywhere but my garage for more than a few minutes.

Compared to the stock knob, how much higher / lower does this one sit?
Do you have a factory shifter or an MGW?

I have a MGW shifter so differant than stock. Sits low though. I like it that way. Iam sure it will get warm if weather gets really hot.

I have the MGW but any comparison would help me get an idea

Haven't ordered one yet as waiting to see others show up here on the forum. After viewing the red one vs. the back one above, the red one is a bit disappointing as the "GT 350R" is bleeding together in the shift pattern. The black knob's "GT 350" lines are crisp & legible as they should be.

Then you'll be able to set the height however tall or short you want it.

With the combination of the MGW OEM knob adapter/jam nut and this knob you can probably adjust the height by 1.5-2" total.

I have mine set quite high. I have a bunch of rubber washers under the shift boot grommet, and the thread adapter for the Billetworkz knob is set near the top of the threads. I like a high knob with short throws and the MGW gave me that.

Some of that in the red pic might be due to the potato camera quality.

He also had color fill done. The engraving alone (which leaves bare metal underneath) is quite crisp.

Mine just came in the mail today and I couldn’t be happier. I went with the same setup as the OP. I almost went with black fill but I’m glad I didn’t. The raw engravings are plenty dark and super crisp. Thanks again to @Spart for doing all of the legwork.

That looks really good! I think you're the first to install it on a factory shifter, how do you like the height? Is it about the same as the factory knob?

Thanks! Height and overall knob size is pretty much dead on with the factory one. I liked the feel of the factory knob, just didn’t like the look. So this is perfect for me.

Spoke with Billetworkz and they couldn't do a sphere so I got one from Shift Solutions. Here's a couple of crappy pics. Took four wks to get, I'm in Canada. CS 510g, sphere, pearl white. It turned out fantastic. Cheers

Looks nice!

If you do an MGW shifter and get rid of the reverse lockout it really opens your knob options up. Billetworkz only has two designs with the large reverse lockout pocket.

So I got my Billetworkz knob and powder coated MGW adapter about a month ago. Both pieces were finished beautifully.

Had I known how recessed the knob is, I might have forgone the powder coat on the adapter.

In any case, very happy with the results!

Looks awesome!

Driving mine the other day, the best compliment I can give it is that I forget it's there. The shape and feel makes it disappear and I don't think about it while driving.
